JITO Administrative Training Foundation, a flagship project of JITO, empowers education by facilitating and strengthening the process of preparing deserving youths to join civil services at national and state levels through its six training centers across the country i.e. 2 at New Delhi, one each at Chennai, Indore, Jaipur and Pune. 116 students have already been placed in various civil services at national level. More than 180 students selected in SPSC and joined Services with State Govt.
JELP – JITO Education Loan Programme
A scheme to offer subsidy on the interest amount of the education loan to the students thus, contributing to the very cause of education. Subsidy has been given on sanctioned loan amount of Rs. 151.64 crs to 1732 students.
Soft Loan for Empowering Education & Development
Provides interest free loan to meritorious students making sure to hand-hold the budding talents. So far, Rs. 3.47 crs have been disbursed to more than 362 students.
BEAT – Bank PO Exam Aptitude Training
Recently, coaching for BEAT (Bank PO Exams Aptitude Training) has been started and two batches are operational in Jaipur & Pune. A success ratio of 44% as against 12.5% for RRB results was achieved in Nov., 2016.
Hostel Project
Offers lodging & boarding facilities to the students. 14 Hostels announced at Ahmadabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru (2), Bhilwara, Coimbatore, Hubli, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Mumbai (3), Nasik (2) & Pune. The 1st Hostel with 47 rooms with a capacity of 141 students is operational in Bengaluru. Rests are in progress.
JITO Kota Hostel
In pursuance of its objectives of knowledge and education, JITO has launched a hostel in Kota, with capacity of 76 students who are pursuing engineering through IITs, as their career. Students are offered subsidy for coaching, accommodation and food in addition to the mentoring and broadening their vision.

JITO organizes Global Summit to showcase its sublime transformation from a sedate state. So far 7 global summits have been held at Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai (3) and Pune. Next JITO Connect shall be in Delhi in January 2018.
